The Moen Smart Water Network is a connected ecosystem of smart water products designed to give you control and insight into your home’s water usage. It includes the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff, Smart Shower, Smart Sprinkler Controller and more — all managed through the Moen Smart Water Network App. Together, these products help you personalize your experience, conserve water and protect your home from leaks.

1. Download the Moen Smart Water Network App and the Alexa app on your phone.
2. Add your Smart Faucet to your devices in the Moen app.
3. Tap General Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Amazon Alexa.
4. Tap the Open Amazon Alexa button, then enable the Moen skill in the Amazon Alexa app.
5. Follow the prompts to link your accounts and complete setup.

Once connected, you can use voice commands to dispense specific amounts and temperatures of water — hands-free.

The Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff is installed on your home’s main water line where it can monitor the flow rate and water pressure in your home 24/7. It uses advanced sensors, daily microleak tests and real-time analytics to:

• Detect leaks or abnormal water usage
• Track your water usage
• And automatically shut off your water to help prevent catastrophic damage if there’s a leak

You can monitor and control the system anytime through the Moen Smart Water Network App.

You can set your Flo Shutoff to automatically shut off your water when a leak is detected by customizing your settings in the Moen Smart Water Network App. You will receive an alert as soon as a leak is detected and can also choose to shut your water off remotely through the app.

Download the Moen Smart Water Network App from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, follow the in-app instructions to connect your compatible Moen devices. The app lets you:
